Qlout

Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of the Qlout website and marketplace, operated by QLOUT ENTERPRISES PRIVATE LIMITED. By browsing, registering, bidding, buying or selling on Qlout you agree to them.

Effective from 22 October 2026

1. Who we are

Qlout is operated by QLOUT ENTERPRISES PRIVATE LIMITED (Private Limited Company), with its registered office at Gyandeep Towers, Moosarambagh, Opp. More Super Market, Malakpet, Hyderabad, Telangana 500036, India, GSTIN 36AABCQ3284C1ZM, CIN U47912TS2026PTC222773. In these terms “Qlout”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean QLOUT ENTERPRISES PRIVATE LIMITED; “you” means the person using the platform.

Qlout is an online marketplace under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. Independent sellers list goods, and buyers purchase them through live and scheduled auctions. Unless a listing says otherwise, the seller and not Qlout is the seller of the goods.

2. Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
  • You register with a valid Indian mobile number verified by a one-time password. You are responsible for all activity on your account and must keep access to it secure.
  • Information you give us must be accurate and kept up to date. We may suspend an account that uses false details, is shared, or is used in breach of these terms.
  • One person may hold one buyer account. Sellers hold a separate seller profile linked to their account.

3. How auctions work

  • Each lot is sold in an auction room. Bidding opens at the starting bid shown on the lot, and the highest valid bid when the room closes wins.
  • Every bid is a binding offer to buy the lot at that amount if it wins. A bid cannot be withdrawn once accepted.
  • Bids must meet the minimum increment shown in the room. The server clock decides the order of bids and the closing time.
  • A bid placed in the final seconds of a room extends the closing time by a short, fixed period so that every bidder can respond. The extension rules are shown in the room.
  • Qlout may cancel a bid, a room or a lot that is affected by a technical fault, suspected fraud, a listing error or a breach of these terms. Bidders are told in the room or by notification.

4. Price, fees and payment

Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). The winning bid is the price of the item, inclusive of GST on the item. On top of the winning bid, the buyer pays:

  • a convenience fee of 3% of the winning bid, plus GST at 18% on that fee; and
  • the delivery charge for the delivery address, plus GST at 18% on that charge.

The full amount is shown at checkout before you pay. See Pricing & Fees.

The winner must pay within 15 minutes of the room closing. Payment is made through our payment gateway partner by UPI, debit card, credit card, net banking or wallet, as offered at checkout. Qlout does not see or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or banking password.

If the winner does not pay in time, the win lapses, the lot may be offered to the next highest bidder at their own bid, and the non-paying bidder may be restricted from bidding.

5. Delivery

Sellers dispatch within 3 business days of payment, and orders are usually delivered within 3 to 10 business days of dispatch. Full details are in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Because every sale is won at auction, a winning bid cannot be cancelled by the buyer for a change of mind. Refunds are made where an order is not dispatched, not delivered, or arrives damaged, defective, wrong or materially different from its listing. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy sets out when and how, and forms part of these terms.

7. Sellers

  • Sellers must hold a valid PAN and GSTIN, complete verification, and list only goods they own and are legally entitled to sell in India.
  • Listings must describe the item, its condition and any defect accurately, with genuine photographs of the item being sold.
  • Sellers are responsible for the goods, their packaging, timely dispatch and the GST on their sales.
  • Qlout charges sellers a commission of 10% of the item value before GST, plus GST at 18% on the commission. Qlout deducts tax collected at source (TCS) under section 52 of the CGST Act and tax deducted at source (TDS) under section 194-O of the Income-tax Act from seller payouts, as required by law.
  • Seller payouts are released after delivery is confirmed and the return window has passed, less the commission, its GST, TCS and TDS.

8. Prohibited items and conduct

The following may not be listed or sold on Qlout:

  • counterfeit, replica or stolen goods, or goods that infringe anyone’s intellectual property;
  • weapons, ammunition, explosives, drugs, narcotics, tobacco, alcohol and prescription medicines;
  • adult content, hazardous materials, live animals, human remains or body parts;
  • currency, securities, lottery tickets, gift cards for cash, or any form of gambling;
  • government documents, IDs, or anything whose sale is restricted or banned under Indian law.

You must not place bids you do not intend to honour, bid on your own lots, coordinate bids with others, harass other users in a room, or attempt to interfere with the platform. We may remove content, cancel bids or orders, and suspend accounts that breach this section.

9. Content and intellectual property

The Qlout name, logo, website design and software belong to QLOUT ENTERPRISES PRIVATE LIMITED. Sellers keep ownership of the photographs, video and descriptions they upload, and grant us a non-exclusive licence to display them on Qlout for the purpose of selling their lots. Live rooms may be visible to the public.

10. Our liability

We take reasonable care to keep Qlout available and accurate, but the platform is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

11. Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time by writing to support@qlout.in, once any open order is complete. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, with notice where the law requires it. Orders already paid for are completed or refunded under our policies.

12. Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

13. Complaints and disputes

Contact customer support first at support@qlout.in or +91 70935 99910. If your complaint is not resolved, write to our Grievance Officer; details are on the Grievance Redressal page.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights as a consumer, the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and material changes are notified on the site before they apply. Orders placed before a change are governed by the terms in force when they were placed.
